- Each session's transcript and translation, the note, board pages, chat messages and submitted assignments, for members of that class.
- Class audio
- Stored only when the professor turns on recording, and deleted automatically 30 days after class.
- AI processing
- Transcription, translation and note generation use cloud language-processing models. We share provider details in the demo session.
- Access
- Each class is open only to its members. A student's membership type is visible only to the professor who owns the class.
- Professor accounts
- Created only with proof of appointment and manual administrator approval; nobody can simply claim to be a professor.
Designed for real conditions
- Live audio uses a compact codec so it works over mobile data.
- Dropped connections retry at increasing intervals, and connection status is shown in colour on screen.
- Every network request has a timeout; instead of an endless spinner, users see an error and a Retry button.
- A forgotten class closes itself after three hours and its note is generated.
- The app runs on Android and in any web browser, so nothing needs installing on university machines.

Lectuna is built for real classrooms and students' phones on ordinary internet, not for demos.

Verified professor accounts
Professors register with proof of appointment (staff card or a Golestan portal screenshot). No account exists until an administrator approves it.

Student privacy
Classmates can't see each other's membership or subscription. In a live class, only the number of attendees is shown, never names.

Limited recording retention
Recorded class audio is deleted from the server automatically 30 days after class. Only the professor starts and stops recording.

Steady on weak connections
Audio is streamed at a low bitrate, dropped connections reconnect automatically, and network quality is always visible on screen.

Classes don't stay open
A live class closes automatically after three hours, with a warning to the professor 15 minutes before; the note is generated right away.

Three languages, cleanly
The interface is in Persian, Arabic and English; mixed-direction text and formulas render correctly, and dates follow the Solar Hijri, Hijri or Gregorian calendar.
