Before your subscription ends, the app reminds you seven, three and one day ahead. Renewal works the same way.

Is the subscription per class or for all classes?
Per account. One subscription turns on translation in every class you've joined.
What if I join without translation first?
You can join now with basic membership. Once your subscription is active, translation unlocks.
How long is a subscription period?
Each period is 30 days. Early renewal is added to the days you have left.
Can a university buy subscriptions for students?
Yes. For group purchases or a faculty agreement, send a request from the contact page.
